From enterprise-level platforms to boutique retailers, I’ve helped shape e-commerce experiences that are both strategic and customer-centered.
At Lands’ End, I led digital innovation during the early years of online retail, building a global e-commerce presence and pioneering custom shopping features. At Lane Bryant, I helped unify a multi-brand shopping experience, designing scalable UX patterns and a shared cart system. For Orchard Brands, I delivered a rapid-turnaround prototype for cross-brand navigation, and at Asher’s Chocolate Co., I streamlined site architecture and product flow — all in under two months.
Each of these projects reflects my core approach: simplify the complex, stay user-focused, and build experiences that scale with business needs.

I joined Lands’ End in the early days of its e-commerce evolution, where I quickly moved into a leadership role by championing a user-centered design approach. As head of the website creative team, I helped grow Landsend.com, along with its international storefronts and Business Outfitter platform.
Our team led digital innovation in retail, delivering some of the earliest custom shopping experiences — including personalized apparel selection and a virtual try-on model. These features set a new bar for customer experience at the time.
Following the Sears acquisition, we continued to provide UX leadership across the parent company’s digital properties, extending our design influence and driving consistent improvements in online retail strategy.

I was brought in to help lead the redesign of Lane Bryant’s multi-brand women’s fashion retailer platform. The goal was to unify multiple brands under a shared e-commerce experience while improving usability, streamlining promotions, and supporting a complex loyalty ecosystem.
Working with internal stakeholders, I led the development of the site’s information architecture and created interactive wireframes for both internal reviews and customer testing. We took a phased approach — validating early flows through one-on-one sessions and refining them through lab-based usability testing.
I introduced UX patterns that made it easier to browse by ensemble and color, and helped implement a shared cart and reusable components to support scalability across brands.

Building on the success of a similar initiative, I was excited to partner with Orchard Brands on their e-commerce and brand transformation. Their vision centered around a shared shopping cart and a unified user experience across multiple brands. I used Axure RP to prototype interactive wireframes and user flows, helping streamline the design process and align stakeholders early.
This project also gave me a chance to flex my visual design skills. At the client’s request, I created high-resolution visual mockups in Adobe Photoshop to bring key concepts to life.
